This report examines the state of 3 and 4 star hotel accommodation in Tasmania. More than one hundred 3 and 4 star properties were investigated to determine the ‘typical building type' and their condition and upkeep. Each of the study properties has more than 15 rooms, has less than four floors and has the primary purpose of providing accommodation.
